David Comerford

Based in Ottawa, Mr. Comerford is the Director of Programs and Partnerships at CLIC. He is an international development specialist with over thirty years of experience. Much of his work has focused on management and evaluation of technical and vocational education projects, Local Economic Development and on civil society capacity building. He has served in senior management at several Canadian and international NGOs where he has overseen the development and implementation of a number of international projects in Central Asia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Brazil and Haiti.
