Joelle Siemens

Based in Vancouver, Ms. Siemens is the M&E Manager at CLIC. She has over nine years of relevant project management and M&E experience in both Canadian and international settings including in Tanzania and Kenya. She has led evaluations on women’s empowerment, women-led entrepreneurial studies, and gender sensitive development projects in the Middle-East, East Africa and Canada. As Evaluation Manager for several organizations (Plan International, VSO International, CLIC Consulting), she has led the quality assurance and technical backstopping for external and internal assessments, reviews, evaluations and studies. She also brings additional knowledge of women-led enterprise and women co-operatives through her work with Vijana Amani Pamoja.
